Refund Policy
Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at jamescarney420@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at jamescarney420@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and items that have been opened or used. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
